为做好2019年度云南省科学技术奖励提名工作,完善科技奖励的社会监督工作,确保科技成果奖励的公正性,根据《云南省科学技术奖励办法》(云南省人民政府令第157号)、《云南省人民政府办公厅关于印发云南省深化科技奖励制度改革实施方案的通知》(云政办函〔2018〕98号)等相关文件规定及《云南省科技厅关于2019年度云南省科学技术奖提名工作的通知》(云科奖发〔2019〕1号)的相关要求,现对以下项目的基本情况、项目简介、候选人对项目的贡献情况、代表性论文专著情况等信息予以公示,公示期为8天(2019年5月15日-2019年5月22日)。
长余辉发光材料具有在撤去激发光源后仍持续发光的特殊性能,在指示照明、生物成像、光学防伪等领域具有良好的应用前景。但目前对长余辉发光机理的研究仍不够深入,严重影响了长余辉发光材料的性能提升,制约了其在实际生产生活中的应用。因此,本项目在国家自然科学基金“基于低维链状结构的长波发射长余辉材料的发光性能及缺陷态研究”(61308091)、“白光LED 用单一基质锡酸盐荧光材料低维晶体结构调控荧光增强机制的研究”(11204113)及“微观结构调控对铋离子掺杂玻璃的超宽带近红外发光的影响极其机理研究”(61307111),开发了一系列低维长余辉发光材料,进一步研发出多种多波段长余辉发光材料,并以此为基础,进行了多领域应用探索,探明了低维链状、层状结构对长余辉发光材料性能的提升作用。主要创新成果如下:
(一)首次发现低维链状、层状结构对长余辉发光的促进作用,并通过简化长余辉材料结构模型,更方便地对长余辉发光机理进行研究,提出了较为完备的发光机理,在长余辉和光激励发光材料的理论研究方面有重要贡献。
(二)开发出从蓝光波段到近红外波段的多种多波段长余辉发光材料,填补了长余辉及光激励发光材料多种颜色空缺。并且首次建立了长余辉性质与基质材料结构之间的构效关系,为丰富该类材料的多色化应用提供了基础。
(三)解决了白光LED、白色长余辉发光多种颜色衰减速率不一致的问题;率先将长余辉发光材料与LED发光芯片的结合,解决了植物日间、夜间不同补光需求的难题;将光激励发光材料应用到光学防伪领域;将近红外长余辉发光材料用于生物成像等高新领域。
基于以上的研究内容,在项目实施期间共发表相关SCI学术论文79篇,总他引用次数共958次;其中20篇核心论文总影响因子69.431,总他引次数396次;其中8篇代表作总影响因子54.516,总他引次数为320次。单篇最高影响因子为21.95,单篇引用次数最高为117次。授权发明专利11项。
