为做好2019年度云南省科学技术奖励提名工作,完善科技奖励的社会监督工作,确保科技成果奖励的公正性,根据《云南省科学技术奖励办法》(云南省人民政府令第157号)、《云南省人民政府办公厅关于印发云南省深化科技奖励制度改革实施方案的通知》(云政办函〔2018〕98号)等相关文件规定及《云南省科技厅关于2019年度云南省科学技术奖提名工作的通知》(云科奖发〔2019〕1号)的相关要求,现对以下项目的基本情况、项目简介、候选人对项目的贡献情况、代表性论文专著情况等信息予以公示,公示期为8天(2019年5月24日-2019年5月31日)。
近十多年来,我国频发的砷污染事件不仅严重危害人民群众的身体健康而且造成了恶劣的社会影响。我国相继在吉林、新疆、山西、内蒙古、云南、西藏、贵州、台湾等十多个省(区)发现高砷饮用水区,地下水砷污染已危及近2000万国人,开展砷污染水体的治理已刻不容缓。我国二氧化碳排放总量居全球第一,二氧化碳减排面临巨大压力。我国天然气资源丰富,与煤炭相比较,天然气是相对清洁的能源,高效开发利用天然气资源具有重要的现实意义。
多孔硅铝基材料具有比表面积高、孔分布均匀且大小可调性等诸多优点。更为重要的是其表面富含铝、硅羟基,容易实现表界面功能化,使得其在材料制备、吸附与催化等诸多领域展现出诱人的应用前景。本项目历时十多年,在多孔硅铝基材料的可控合成、表界面改性研究的基础上,开展了它们在水体砷污染防治和二氧化碳资源化利用领域的基础研究,取得的主要创新成果如下:
(1)利用固体酸取代液体酸,合成了系列有序介孔分子筛,并提出相应合成机理。解决了传统合成方法在pH = 2.0-7.0的范围内因缺少静电和氢键作用难以合成有序介孔分子筛的难题。以介孔SBA-15为“硬模板”,采用两次再晶化,合成了系列超稳有序介孔硅铝分子筛,并揭示其水热稳定性的机理。
项目实施期间共发表学术论文33篇(SCI收录论文22篇)。其中,20篇核心论文的累计影响因子69.343,SCI他引次数252次;8篇代表作的累计影响因子36.226,SCI他引次数为213次(单篇SCI他引48次)。获国家发明专利授权3项。
